This workshop provides an accessible framework for conflict management.\r \n During this session\, participants will: \r \n \r \n 	Develop self-awareness of their conflict management style. \r \n 	Reflect on different ways to respond to different conflicts. \r \n 	Learn constructive ways of working through conflict. \r \n 	Practice difficult conversations. \r \n 	Development of a conflict management plan.\r \n
