Created in 2015-16, “Get Connected: Professional Development” is a series of events curated by GPB on topics of professional development for bioscience graduate students. Some events are organized and convened by GPB staff, others by UCLA partners such as the Graduate Division, Biomedical Library and the Career and Writing Centers. Get Connected is designed to make it easy for bioscience graduate students to find high-quality career and professional development opportunities that are appropriate to their interests.
