The recent changes in our ordinary rhythms of life due to the Covid-19 health situation, both at work and at home, has left most of us struggling to adapt to the “new normal.” The combination of having to put important work on hold, disruptions in the application/interviewing process for graduate/medical school or jobs, and generally wondering what the future holds, has impacted all of us to some degree or the other. Coupled with being physically separated from one another due to social distancing measures, we can easily find ourselves feeling isolated, anxious, confused, angry or a myriad of other emotions. Come join us this week on Zoom (link below) to talk about how we’re dealing with this and offer one another suggestions for managing this challenge. We need community more than ever right now – hope to “see” you there!
